Overview
The traditional French manufacturer of premium hi-fi components is expanding its portfolio of high-performance streaming adapters with the WTX-1100. The High Definition Bluetooth receiver WTX-1100 has digital and analog interfaces and can therefore be easily connected to existing hi-fi components. Wireless audio signals are received via Bluetooth and are then played back via your own system. The WTX-1100 focuses on excellent sound quality and is therefore equipped with aptX HD. The special protocol enables wireless transmission of the audio signal in up to 24-bit and has other advantages over conventional signal transport, including minimum distortion and very low background noise.
Of course, the Bluetooth receiver works with hi-fi components from any manufacturer, but looks a perfect match for the Advance Paris family members. The high-gloss black front features blue status LEDs and a silver-chromed power button for a sleek, elegant aesthetic. The internal structure confirms the high audiophile standards of the manufacturer and houses the acoustically particularly powerful CS8406 24-bit/192 kHz digital/analog converter from Cirrus Logic. In combination with a 32-bit dual-core and 120 MHz single-core processor, an absolutely pure signal with the lowest possible jitter is guaranteed. The output can be analog via stereo cinch or optical or coaxial digital output. The interfaces are gold-plated for maximum signal stability.
Any Bluetooth-enabled device can serve as a player. The PC or Mac or a smartphone/tablet is paired with the WTX-1100 and the sound can be played back via the HiFi components connected to the Bluetooth adapter. In addition to audio files that are stored locally on the devices, you can also use streaming services or Internet radio. With Bluetooth 5.0 and the additionally integrated receiving antenna on the back, a stable and audiophile wireless signal transmission is ensured. Even high-resolution files (e.g. FLAC, ALAC and PCM) can be received and played back in high quality.
